Our Recruitment Process

  • The purpose of recruitment of our organization is to acquire, in a cost effective manner, the optimum number of high quality employees for the operations and development of organization. In order to appoint the most appropriate persons for the positions, it is crucial that potential candidates are drawn from a wide pool and equal opportunities are ensured for all candidates.   • In determining the entry grade and salary of a prospective employee, the following factors will be considered:
  • Academic, professional and technical qualifications and working experience;

  • Recent earnings;
  • Prevailing market rate of the vacant position;
  • Availability of suitable candidates in the market;
  • Job grade and salary range of the vacant position

Labour Laws/Statutory Compliances

  • The Manpower deployed by us shall be the employees of Array Hi-Tech solutions and we shall abide by and comply with all relevant laws and statutory requirements covered under the Labour Laws, Minimum Wages and Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, EPF, ESI, Employees Compensation Act, 1923, Bonus etc.
  • The wage disbursal as per labour laws shall be our sole responsibility and for any lapse in this regard the we shall be held accountable. As per requirement, we maintain digital registers required for recording the names of the personnel and their daily/Monthly deployment sheet which shall be made available to the statutory authorities and departmental authorities on demand.
  • In order to safeguard against the possible underpayment to the work-force by giving them less than what are mandatorily and statutorily required to be paid, it is mandatory that the we disburse the wages every month through ECS. (Electronic cash transfer).We timely disburse the wages to the bank accounts of individual after fulfilling all the legal formalities.
  • We ensure full compliance with tax laws of India with regard to this contract and shall be solely responsible for the same such as Income Tax and GST. We shall submit copies of acknowledgements evidencing filing of returns every year and shall keep the Department fully indemnified against liability of tax, interest, penalty etc. of the contractor in respect thereof, which may arise.
